Hello, my name is Yuning Zhang. I received my bachelor's degree in physics from China and am now a second-year master student in Applied Physics.
I joined the Dobrovitski group at QuTech for my thesis project. In the upcoming months, I will be working on the dynamical decoupling techniques of spin ensembles, which can extend the lifetime of spin qubits by reducing environmental noise. I am really excited to start my journey in quantum control, and I believe effective mitigation of decoherence will be the key for future quantum technology.
In my spare time, I enjoy reading, cooking, practicing Taichi and Aikido, and gaming on my Switch. I am looking forward to learn a lot and meet more people here. See you around at QuTech!
