Siddharth did his B.E in mechanical engineering and M.Sc in Physics from BITS-Pilani. He worked on nanofabrication for his master’s thesis in University of Bristol and followed this up with research projects at IISc, Bangalore and UC Berkeley, working on superconducting qubits and N-V Centres. Having developed a keen interest towards superconducting circuits and their implementations, he joined the group of Dr.Christian Andersen as a PhD, working on fluxonium qubits. He is exploring the implementation of nanowaire based fluxoniums.
In his free time, he likes to play guitar, do running or click some pictures to keep himself engaged with his hobbies.
