Quantum System Engineer, TNO

Christine studied physics at University College Utrecht, and obtained a MSc in Physics from the National University of Singapore. At the Centre for Quantum Technologies in Singapore she worked on optical cooling techniques for lithium atoms. Subsequently, she worked as a system engineer for optical defect detection and metrology systems at KLA+. In January 2022, Christine joined QuTech and TNO’s Quantum Technology department. As a system engineer she is working on the Quantum Internet Demonstrator and related projects within the Quantum Internet Division.
