In May 2023, Dutch contributors from industry and public sector have joined the first QCIP event, organized under the NWA ORC Quantum Inspire project. The goal of this one-day meeting was twofold: to update the guests about the current state of quantum computing and to understand what are the opportunities and challenges they see in their business areas or in society for this innovative type of applications. The day was a great success!

Now we reiterate this initiative to see the initial results of the collaborations already established and to create new ones. We have great speakers lined up covering relevant topics such as existing quantum hardware and software platforms or societal/ethical impact of quantum technology. The latest developments of quantum computing in chemistry, material or drug design will be in focus. The day will end with a short networking drink and some light food.
