Wehner group

Valter Uotila is a postdoctoral researcher in the Wehner group, where he works on quantum internet applications. He completed his PhD in computer science at the University of Helsinki in 2026, having previously earned both a BSc and an MSc in mathematics there. His doctoral research focused on quantum computing applications in optimization and data management, and he also spent part of his PhD as a visiting doctoral researcher at Aalto University.
