Wehner Group

Martin is a PhD candidate in the Wehner Group, working on quantum network applications. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Physics and a Master’s degree in Quantum Science and Engineering from EPFL in Lausanne, where he specialized in quantum information. During his studies, he completed internships at the European Space Agency, working on distributed quantum sensing in space, and at ID Quantique in Geneva, now part of IonQ. He conducted his Master’s thesis in the Department of Physics at the University of Oxford, focusing on quantum error correction for distributed quantum processors.
