Ciska has a Masters degree in Social & Organisational Psychology (Leiden University) and has worked in various people driven roles in the past 9 years. She has mostly worked for growing organizations with her last role as Lead Learning and Development at World Benchmarking Alliance. She enjoys bringing the needs of the organization and people together, and supporting teams, leaders and individuals in maximizing their potential and impact. Since February 2025 she started as HR advisor at QuTech. In her free time she likes spending quality time with her loved ones, and you will typically find her outside with her partner and two sons.
