I am currently pursuing a PhD on the topic of (quantum communication). There are currently a significant amount of open questions on how to best perform quantum communication over long distances and/or in a network-setting. These questions require a non-trivial amount of input from both the theoretical and practical sides to be answered, which is what I am most interested in. In my spare time I enjoy listening and playing music, mathematics, and trying out new challenges.
